RBI Keeps Repo Rate Unchanged: आरबीआई ने रेपो रेट में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया है। इससे उन लोगों को ईएमआई पर कोई राहत नहीं मिलेगी, जिन्होंने कोई लोन ले रखा है।
मिड लग्जरी और अफोर्डेबल घरों की बिक्री में बढ़ोतरी की प्रमुख वजह कोविड-19 महामारी के बाद लोगों की इनकम में आई गिरावटरही थी। लेकिन अब इस सेगमेंट ने दोबारा रफ्तार पकड़ ली है।
वर्क-फ्रॉम-होम और स्टडी-फ्रॉम-होम कल्चर से बड़े घरों के चलन में तेजी आई है।बड़े घर वर्तमान समय में भारतीय होमबॉयर्स के साथ ज्यादा आकर्षित हुए हैं। एनसीआर में 4 और 5 बीएचके की डिमांड पिछले कुछ समय मे ज्यादा देखी गई है।

रियल एस्टेट सलाहकार एनारॉक की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 2023 की पहली तिमाही में दिल्ली एनसीआर क्षेत्र में लगभग 12,450 नए रेजिडेंशियल यूनिट्स लॉन्च हुए। जिसमें 28 प्रतिशत अफोर्डेबल हाउसिंग यूनिट्स रहीं। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक क्षेत्र का रियल एस्टेट बाजार एक समान नहीं था, कुछ क्षेत्रों में नए लॉन्च में उछाल देखा गया। इसके विपरीत, अन्य ने बिक्री में गिरावट दर्ज की।

प्रॉपर्टी ब्रोकर का कहना है कि नोएडा, ग्रेटर नोएडा, गुरुग्राम, गाजियाबाद, फरीदाबाद समेत एनसीआर के आसपास के सभी प्रॉपर्टी लोकेशंस में प्रॉपर्टी की कीमत में बड़ी बढ़ोतरी हुई है।
आपको बता दें कि आरबीआई ने रेपो रेट को 6.50 फीसदी पर स्थिर रखने का ऐलान किया है।
कोरोना महामारी के बाद देश के सात प्रमुख शहरों में बेहतर सुविधाओं वाले बड़े अपार्टमेंट की भारी मांग है।
इस प्रोजेक्ट को चार चरणों में विभाजित किया गया है, जिसमें से पहले चरण में 393 प्लॉट्स शामिल होंगे, जिनकी डिलीवरी 2 साल के भीतर होने की उम्मीद है।

नाइट फ्रैंक की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक मिड सेगमेंट के घरों और प्रीमियम अपार्टमेंटों की बिक्री में शानदार वृद्धि देखी गई है जो 2022 की पहली छमाही से 2023 में क्रमशः 3 फीसदी और 5 फीसदी बढ़ी है। इस रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक कोरोना महामारी के बाद से रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर में जोरदार तेजी आई है जिसके वजह से मांग बढ़ी है। पढ़िए क्या है पूरी खबर
